The Friends of Quinn” website  contains  lots of information for young adults with LD.  Included at the site are excellent, short videos with professionals with LD, including  the one found here with David Boies, attorney.

Interestingly, the font used for the site is the Dyslexie Font specifically designed to simplify life for those who have dyslexia.

Dr. Phil for College Students

In her years  of working with students, Elizabeth Hamblet has found that many students are resistant to trying strategies that can help them turn things around.  She has found an  unlikely ally in Dr. Phil McGraw.

Dr. Phil has some quirky, witty chestnuts that Elizabeth has used as a way to get students to get past their resistance and embrace change.
